To install deb file hosted Cydia apps, tweaks you need to follow these steps.
Filza method to install Deb file
Step 01. First install Filza file manager from Cydia.
Step 02. Now open this page from mobile Safari and tap below deb file to install.
Step 03. Now Open it from Filza app to copy the deb file.
Step 04. Now tap Install button.
Step 05. Tap respring.
Step 06. Successfully installed Cydia tweak using Fila Deb file installer.
