Meridian Jailbreak


Meridian was released as a semi-untethered jailbreak tool by iBSparkes (PsychoTea), Siguza and team. Cydia is the default package manager for Meridian jailbreak.

How to download Meridian jailbreak

  • Meridian Online jailbreak method (No PC method)

  • This is the easiest method to install Meridian jailbreak. When you choose this method, you no longer need to use Computer ( Mac or Windows ) / Cydia Impactor and Apple ID details.


  • Meridian jailbreak IPA method (PC required)

  • This method is somewhat harder than the No PC method. It would help if you had a PC for this installation process.



Meridian Online jailbreak Online Guide



  • Step 01. You must download the Meridian jailbreak tool directly to your Device. Open this page from your iPhone / iPad / iPod Touch Mobile Safari and tap it.



  • Step 02. Go to Settings > general > Profile and Trust the app
  • Step 03. Open Meridian app from home Screen
  • Step 04. Tap Go button to start jailbreak process
  • Step 05. Tap extract Dpkg option
  • Step 06. See Home Screen for Cydia

Meridian Online jailbreak PC Guide

  • Step 01. Download below Meridian jailbreak IPA to your Desktop



  • Step 02. Download Cydia Impactor



  • Step 03. Drag and Drop IPA from Desktop to Cydia Impactor tool
  • Step 04. Wait for the complete process
  • Step 05. Go to Settings > General > Profile and Device management and Trust the app
  • Step 06. Tap Go button to start jailbreak process
  • Step 07. You will have Cydia on your Home Screen once complete the process.

How to re-jailbreak after Reboot / Restart

Meridian Jailbreak tool is a semi-untethered jailbreak tool. So you have to re jailbreak the Device by using the app after every reboot and restart.

Meridian jailbreak alternatives

Yalu Jailbreak


Yalu jailbreak is released for jailbreak iOS 10 - iOS 10.2 versions by Luca Todesco (qwertyoruiop). Yalu jailbreak (Yalu102) is a semi-untethered jailbreak tool. Unless Meridian, Yalu jailbreak does not support for iPhone 7. However, after iOS 10.2 Yalu jailbreak project was not updated to the latest versions but Luca Todesco attends the newest Checkra1n jailbreak which supports iOS 12.3 and above.


Goblin Jailbreak


G0blin jailbreak released for jailbreak iOS 10.3 - iOS 10.3.3 versions as semi-tethered jailbreak by Sticktron and Jake James. This tool supports added for 64-bit running devices. But iPhone 7 and also iPhone 7 Plus is not jailbreakable from the G0blin Jailbreak tool.


Saigon Jailbreak


Saigon Jailbreak released for jailbreak iOS 10.2.1 with Cydia installation by Abraham Masri (@cheesecakeufo). It released as a semi-untethered jailbreak tool and supports 64-bit running devices.


Double H3lix Jailbreak


Double H3lix semi-untethered jailbreak tool released for jailbreak iOS 10 - iOS 10.3.3 versions running 64-bit devices. Double H3lix jailbreak developed by Tihmstar with Siguza as an updated version of H3lix jailbreak.


H3lix Jailbreak


H3lix jailbreak released by Tihmstar with the support of Siguza for jailbreak iOS 10 - iOS 10.3.3 running 32-bit devices. And also this tool runs as a semi-untethered jailbreak.


Houdini Semi Jailbreak


Houdini semi jailbreak released by Abraham Masri (@cheesecakeufo) for jailbreak iOS 10 - iOS 10.3.2 versions. At the latest Houdini semi jailbreak is also compatible for iOS 11.3.1 to iOS 11.2 and iOS 11.1.2 – iOS 11 versions also. Unless Cydia package manager installing it works as an app manager to install themes, tweaks and other jailbreak apps.
