Palera1n Online Guide
- Step 1: Download the Palera1n online jailbreak tool.
- Step 2: You will now have two apps: the Terminal app and the Palera1n IPSW app.
- Step 3: Open the Terminal app.
- Step 4: Go to the Palera1n IPSW app and copy the IPSW file for your device model.
- Step 5: Open the Terminal app and paste the IPSW file.
- Step 6: Run the terminal.
- Step 7: Download the Palera1n tool.
- Step 8: Open the Palera1n app.
- Step 9: Tap the "Install" button to begin installing the Sileo application.

Palera1n Windows ( Palen1X ) - Download and Guide
The Palera1n team has introduced Palen1X, a jailbreak tool designed for Windows and Linux users. It enables jailbreaking iPhones using Paleran-C and is compatible with iPhone 5s through iPhone X, running iOS 15 to iOS 16.6. Palen1X is a lightweight distribution, approximately 25 MB in size, containing only essential libraries for installation via USB.
- Step 1. Download Etcher file from bellow

- Step 3: Use Etcher to burn the ISO file onto your USB drive.
- Step 4: Restart your computer and access the BIOS boot menu.
- Step 5: Choose your USB drive as the boot device.
- Step 6: Once Palen1X OS loads on your screen, select Palera1n from the menu.
- Step 7: Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the jailbreak.
Palera1n Linux - Download and Guide
- Virtual Machine Users: Palen1X does not work on Windows virtual machines. Use a physical machine instead.
- AMD Ryzen Users: If you encounter issues, try using a Mac or a computer with an Intel CPU.
- USB-C to Lightning Cable Issues: DFU mode may not work properly. Use a USB-A to Lightning cable or a USB-C to USB-A adapter instead.
- Palen1X 2.0.0b9 Compatibility: Some Linux distributions may cause issues. Here are possible solutions:
- Try a different Linux distribution, such as Ubuntu.
- Use Palera1nX as an alternative.
- If you're on iOS 15 to 16.7.4, consider using the manual installation method (Palera1n 2.0.2).
- Step 1: Open the terminal and stop the usbmuxd service by running:
sudo systemctl stop usbmuxd - Step 2: Restart usbmuxd in foreground mode with the following command:
sudo usbmuxd -f -p - Step 3: Open a new terminal window and execute the installation script:
sudo /bin/sh -c "$(curl -fsSL https://static.palera.in/scripts/install.sh)" - Step 4: Connect your device and run:
sudo palera1n - Step 5: Once your device reboots, launch the Palera1n Loader app and tap Sileo. Wait for the installation to complete. After that, set up a passcode using the command line, and the Sileo app will appear on your home screen.
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter DFU mode.
Note: For A9(X) and earlier devices, if the process gets stuck in PongoOS, open the terminal, press Control + C, and rerun the last command. This must be repeated each time you re-jailbreak your device.
Palera1n MacOS Download and step Guide
Note: Users with a USB-C to Lightning cable may experience issues entering DFU mode. To avoid this, use a USB-A to Lightning cable or a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
For Apple Silicon Mac users connecting via a USB-C port, you must unplug and replug your device after seeing “Checkmate!” in the logs.
- Step 1: Open the terminal and run the following command to install Palera1n:
sudo /bin/sh -c "$(curl -fsSL https://static.palera.in/scripts/install.sh)" - Step 2: This will download and install the Palera1n tool on your system.
- Step 3: Connect your device to your Mac and run:
palera1n - Step 4: After the device boots up, open the Palera1n Loader app, tap Sileo, and wait for the installation to complete. Once done, set up a passcode using the command line, and the Sileo app will appear on your home screen.
Press Enter and follow the on-screen instructions to enter DFU mode.
Note: for A9(X) and earlier devices: If the process gets stuck in PongoOS, open the terminal, press Control + C, and rerun the last command. This must be done every time you re-jailbreak your device.
USB Flash Drive with 3uTools Method
The USB jailbreak method is compatible with devices running iOS 15 to iOS 16.6 and below. Supported devices include:
- iPhone: iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, SE (1st generation), 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X
- iPad: iPad Air 2, iPad mini 4, iPad Pro (1st and 2nd generation), iPad 5, 6, 7
Creating a Jailbreak USB Flash Drive
- Step 1: Obtain a USB flash drive with at least 1GB of free space. Connect it to your computer and open 3uTool. In the Toolbox tab, select the Jailbreak option.
- Step 2: From the list, click on USB Jailbreak.
- Step 3: Choose the mirror file that matches your CPU architecture.
- Step 4: Click Start Making (Note: This will erase all data on the USB drive, so make sure to back up your files).
- Step 5: Once the process is complete, click Close. Your Jailbreak USB Flash Drive is now ready.
Jailbreaking Using the USB Flash Drive
- Step 6: Reboot your computer and access the BIOS mode. Select the USB flash drive as the boot device and connect it to your computer via a data cable.
- Step 7: Open the Palera1n tool interface and choose Palera1n from the list.
- Step 8: Press the Spacebar to select Create Faksfs and press Enter. After that, ensure that the -f -c -v parameters appear in the upper left corner of the screen. This step is crucial. For devices with 16GB capacity (iPhones or iPads), choose Create BindFS. This affects the jailbreak success.
- Step 9: Click Start to initiate the jailbreak process. Disable the lock screen on your iPhone, and it will enter Recovery Mode.
- Step 10: Follow the instructions provided by the tool to enter DFU mode. The steps may vary depending on your device model:
- iPhone 6S and SE: Press and hold the Home + Power buttons for 4 seconds, release the Power button, and continue holding the Home button.
- iPhone 7 and later: Press and hold the Volume Down + Power buttons for 4 seconds, release the Power button, and continue holding the Volume Down button.
Once your device enters DFU mode, the jailbreak will proceed automatically.
Troubleshooting During the Jailbreak Process
- "Booting Kernel..." Stuck:
Press Ctrl + C, cancel the process, then run palera1n_menu and choose Start Jailbreak again. - iPhone stuck on Apple logo (A8X, A9, A9X devices):
Press Ctrl + C, cancel the process, then run palera1n_menu and select Start Jailbreak again. - "Timed Out Waiting for Download Mode"
- Unplug and replug the device if stuck on the Apple logo.
- If your phone boots into normal mode, restart the process.
- If stuck in Recovery Mode, refresh the device or use palera1n -n to exit recovery mode.
- Step 11: The jailbreak process will take 5–10 minutes. Ensure your cable is securely connected throughout the process. Once complete, your device will automatically restart. If it doesn't restart after 15 minutes, the jailbreak has failed. In that case, refresh the device and try again.
- Step 12: After the reboot, restart your computer. Select the USB flash drive as the boot device again and choose Palera1n. Follow the instructions to enter DFU mode.
- Step 13: Once the process is finished, the Palera1n icon will appear on your home screen. Open it, click Sileo to install, and you're done!
Neko Online Tool / Download and Guide

Neko Online Tool Guide
- Step 01: Download the Neko online tool from the link provided below. Make sure to use the Safari browser for installation, as other browsers may not function correctly.
- Step 02: Launch the Neko Online app from your home screen.
- Step 03: Press the Jailbreak button to begin.
- Step 04: After the jailbreak process is finished, a new Neko app called NekoUtil will appear.
- Step 05: You can now install your preferred jailbreak app manager, such as Sileo, Zebra, or Cydia.
Neko Trollstore Tool / Download and Guide
The Trollstore 18.4 method is slightly more complex than the direct online method, but it's not much more difficult than the PC method. To install the IPA, simply use the Trollstore IPA sideload tool.
- Step 01: Download and install the TrollStore IPA sideload tool from the link provided below.
- Step 02: Open the TrollStore app from your iPhone or iPad home screen.
- Step 03: Tap the + button in the top-right corner of the TrollStore app.
- Step 04: Tap "Install IPA file."
- Step 05: Select the Neko IPA from the files folder.
- Step 06: Tap "Install."
- Step 07: Wait for the installation to finish.
- Step 08: Go to the home screen, locate the Neko Jailbreak IPA, and initiate the jailbreak process.
- Step 10: You will now have another Neko app called NekoUtil.
- Step 11: Select the compatible package manager you wish to install.
